Connected training platform
Human V1 — the athlete’s companion
One connected platform for creating, organising, delivering and completing workouts and training plans across web and mobile.
In active product development and private/internal testing.
The challenge
Building a workout is easy. Preserving its meaning is not.
Training often lives across notes, spreadsheets, generic apps, interval timers, PDFs, coaching messages and disconnected calendars. The difficult part is keeping an athlete’s intent and history intact as workouts change, plans are scheduled and unreliable connections interrupt delivery.
Human V1 needed editable drafts, fixed delivery versions, offline recovery, exact plan dependencies and protected completed history—without making ordinary athletes think like system operators.

Acknowledgement returns to Studio
The responsive Studio handles detailed construction and planning. The Android application keeps training available locally for execution. Shared contracts govern what moves between them.
Responsive web
Workout Studio
Structured workout authoring, multi-week plan construction, multiple sessions per day, explicit recovery days and athlete-friendly plan summaries.
Native Android
Mobile execution
Workout execution, training history, exercise and progress views, local persistence, background synchronisation and Studio content ingestion.
Synchronization architecture
Editable where it should be. Immutable where it must be.
Human V1 separates editable drafts from fixed publication versions. A published plan points to exact workout versions. The phone acknowledges the exact revision it applied before Studio describes it as delivered.
Owner isolation, revision checks, deterministic conflict handling and recoverable queues are built to protect intent. Completed sessions and logged training are not silently rewritten by later edits.
- Canonical models
Shared workout and plan structures. - Exact delivery
Version and checksum validation. - Offline recovery
Durable local work and replay. - Clear status
Saved, sending, on phone or needs attention.
Athlete-focused planning
From strength sessions to multi-sport schedules
The plan model supports structured weeks, multiple daily sessions, priorities and recovery intent. A governed exercise catalogue provides a stable content foundation, while Studio keeps athlete-facing summaries separate from technical delivery detail.
Research note: Human V1 includes research-informed candidate training plans designed to demonstrate the platform’s scheduling and multi-sport capabilities. Candidate plans remain subject to sports-science and editorial review and are not individualized medical advice.
Engineering and quality
Product engineering across the whole journey
- React and TypeScript responsive application engineering
- Native Android and Kotlin product development
- Firebase identity, governed storage and trusted publication services
- Keyboard and focused accessibility verification
- Browser, emulator, domain and recovery testing
- Entitlement and Google Play Billing foundations
Privacy and trust
The athlete remains in control
Private drafts, schedules, sessions, measurements and account data are not public by default. Human V1 keeps identity and ownership boundaries explicit, preserves history during recovery and requires deliberate action for publication or permanent deletion.
Clearly labelled roadmap
Protocols, guided intervals and BYOAI
Planned next phase
An executable training timeline
A visual Protocol Designer and seconds-accurate mobile orchestrator are planned for warm-up, work, rest and recovery steps; rounds, EMOM and AMRAP structures; run/walk, cycling and swimming intervals; audio and haptic cues; and offline execution.
Future concept
BYOAI — Bring Your Own AI
A privacy-led concept for athlete-controlled AI to explain training, explore plans and prepare governed suggestions.
AI may propose. Human V1 validates. The athlete approves.
AI would not silently rewrite history, publish content, change plans, delete training, resolve conflicts or make medical diagnoses.
What this demonstrates
From product direction to dependable platform behaviour
Human V1 brings together product strategy, brand and experience direction, information architecture, responsive web engineering, native mobile development, cloud architecture, offline-first data, accessibility and systematic release safety.
A product in progress
Human V1 is progressing through internal release acceptance.
Workout Studio has an authenticated, entitlement-controlled web presence. The Android application is being validated through private internal testing. Public availability is not yet claimed.
