This website describes Wear Valley Digital’s website, software and automation services, with examples of our own products in development. It does not provide a checkout, take payment or create a project agreement.

Agreeing work

An enquiry starts a discussion. Before work begins, we agree a written scope, deliverables, price, responsibilities and applicable project terms. Hosting, third-party charges, maintenance and ongoing support are included only where they are expressly agreed.

Products in development

Product pages explain their current status. A prototype, planned feature or case study is not an offer of immediate product access, a subscription or a confirmed launch date. Fictional examples are for illustration.

Content and third parties

Please ask before reusing our original text, designs or brand assets beyond normal viewing and sharing a link to this website. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. External websites operate under their own terms.

General guides and examples are not a substitute for advice specific to your circumstances. Nothing in these website terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
